Gina Aston - Healthwatch Impact & Involvement Manager 

As Impact & Involvement Manager, Gina's role is to oversee the delivery of our services, ensuring Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea is well connected with local partners and amplifying voices of residents at every level of decision making. She represents Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea on local boards and committees, and is dedicated to helping local people get involved in the process of reviewing and improving health and social care.

Charlotte Williams (she/her) - Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea Manager

As the Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea Manager, Charlotte is responsible for core management activities within Healthwatch RBKC such as staff management, project management, contract management and reporting on patient experience. Charlotte also attends local strategic meetings to advocate for the expressed views of the local community in health and social care decisions.

In her spare time, Charlotte is currently a Postgraduate student, completing a Masters of Public Health, and has varied experience working in social care, the NHS as part of a School Nursing Team, working in support roles in charities and also working to commission public health services as part of a Local Authority Public Health Team. Charlotte is passionate about tackling unfair differences in the experience of people accessing health and social care services, and working to amplify the voice of the local community to support decision-making in the system.

Ruth Daniel (she/her) - Volunteer Coordinator 

As Volunteer Coordinator, Ruth is tasked with promoting community involvement. She engages with local residents and oversees recruitment, onboarding, and management of our volunteers.

With a strong understanding of citizen involvement in healthcare, along with experience in volunteer management and collaboration with the NHS and social care systems for patient feedback, Ruth prioritises project management and community outreach in her role. Her dedication to equality, safeguarding, and ongoing learning aligns with the core values of Healthwatch.

Sajil Shahid (he/him) - Insights & Outcomes Analyst 

As Insights & Outcomes Analyst, Sajil is passionate about making data accessible and clear for everyone.  His skills in data research and analytics allow him to uncover insights from complex datasets, helping the team understand the health and social care needs of the populations we work with. He has a keen eye for detail and enjoys delving into data.  Sajil is multilingual and speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, and German.
