In our Annual Report, you can read about our engagement activities and the work we have undertaken. This is a shared annual report which combines the output of Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea and Healthwatch Westminster, our jointly commissioned service. 

Over the past year:

• We connected with 442 residents, who shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
• We successfully signposted 355 people, who came to us for advice and information about topics such as understanding the NHS complaints process or accessing adult social care.
• We published 11 reports, sharing recommendations about how services can improve.

None of this would have been possible without input from our wonderful volunteers, partner organisations and the local people who took time to share their views and experiences - so thank you.
