Our patient experience reports give a snapshot of what we're hearing from local people

In April - June, we spoke to 121 Kensington and Chelsea residents about their experiences with local services, and offered advice or signposting to an additional 239 people. This report brings together the key themes and insights from what they shared with us. It also gives and overview of what Healthwatch are working on and what we plan to do next.
