Annual Report 2022/23

In our Annual Report, you can read about our engagement activities and the work we have undertaken. It shares the stories of people in Westminster & RBKC and demonstrates how their feedback has helped improve health and social care services.

Over the course of the past year:

• We connected with 346 residents, who shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
• We successfully signposted 51 people, who came to us for advice and information about topics such as access to dental care and how to make a complaint.
• Teaming up with Healthwatch England, we created an engagement strategy to help us work on key issues within health and social care.
• We carried out “enter and view” projects on St Charles Hospital and London Ambulance Services.

We are grateful to all the residents who have shared their experiences and feedback with us, and look forward to deepening our understanding of their needs.
